With our new sustainable ENVO product line, we offer our customers a complete product portfolio that combines the greatest possible sustainability in product formulation, production, delivery and application with outstanding quality and performance. By choosing the ENVO product portfolio, the customer not only helps to conserve natural resources and reduce emissions, but also benefits from financial savings through the reduction of water, wastewater, energy, waste, process materials and the lower levies to be paid by lowering the corporate carbon footprint. In the area of service & equipment FCU 5000 and Fluid Monitoring Lite are our most advanced measuring and control systems for water dilutable metalworking fluids, quenching media and cleaners. The use of the systems enables complete digitalisation of the process fluids, ensures a constant process flow through early detection of deviations and enables fully automatic dosing. Advantages are the saving of process media and energy through controlled process regulation. Furthermore, stable and traceable processes ensure fewer rejects and longer tool service lives as well as reduced maintenance and servicing costs with longer media change intervals.

OUR EXPERTISE

Sustainability in the context of industrial lubricants, speciality fluids and process chemicals means minimising the environmental impact of lubricants, using resources efficiently and taking social responsibility. PETROFER uses expertise from product composition from the most biodegradable materials possible, through energy-efficient production and delivery, to application with outstanding efficiency and performance to reduce our customers' energy consumption. In this way, the pursuit of sustainability is implemented to the maximum along the entire product life cycle. For us, this has always been the proven guiding principle of our work.

OUR PRODUCT RANGE IN DETAIL

ENVO HEAT Treatment

The ENVOQUENCH product range comprises water dilutable polymer quenching media and quenching oils of the highest development standards. The products are largely composed of sustainable raw materials, so that the ecological footprint has been improved compared to conventional products containing fossil raw materials. The products convince with excellent process stability and long service life.

ENVO Die-Casting

Some of our ENVOCAST product range are sustainable high performance release agents for the micro-spray process. Using these products saves water, waste-water and cycle time and increases die life. We also offer ENVOCAST products that result in an improved environmental footprint through the use of a high proportion of sustainable raw materials. These are environmentally acceptable, use as supplied, micro-spray release agents for zinc die-casting, liquid, graphite free piston lubricants for die-casting machines and tempering oils.

ENVO Fire Resistant Hydraulic Fluids

Our ENVOLUBRIC products from the ENVO range are water-free hydraulic fluids developed to substitute mineral oil based hydraulic fluids in critical areas such as where there is an increased fire hazard. They are particularly biodegradable, have a very high flash point and an elevated auto-ignition temperature. The wear prevention of the fluids is excellent and thus superior to many mineral oil based hydraulic fluids.

ENVO Metal Cutting Fluids

The ENVOCUT product range includes metalworking fluids for machining a wide variety of materials. The products are largely composed of sustainable raw materials, so that the ecological footprint has been improved compared to conventional products that contain fossil raw materials. In addition, these products have a long service life, low concentrate usage and, in the case of the water dilutable metalworking fluids, good infection resistance in potentially microbially contaminated systems. The ENVOCUT portfolio includes water dilutable and use as supplied neat products for most applications such as grinding, machining, drilling, honing and milling.

ENVO Metal Forming Lubricants

Versatile applications, outstanding tribological properties, high oxidation resistance and optimal resource saving sustainability make PETROFER's ENVO forming lubricants genuine all -rounders with innovative savings potential and maximum productivity.

ENVO Industrial Cleaners

ENVOCLEAN is a neutral industrial cleaner for washing at low temperatures. In addition to energy savings, water and waste-water can be saved during use. Thanks to the excellent demulsifying effect, the washing power of the cleaning bath is maintained for a long service life, which reduces the overall use of materials and reduces waste fluid disposal volumes.

ENVO Rust Preventatives

ENVOTECT is a corrosion preventive based on recycled oils. In addition, the product offers dewatering properties. The use of a high proportion of recycled oils makes the product more sustainable compared to other products of this type.
