Being in the industry for over 70 years, PETROFER gained extensive knowledge around process fluids, chemicals and their application. This knowledge is now being used to develop industrial solutions with the help of equipment. For this purpose, we work closely with partners to cover the areas of mixing, dosing, filtration and contamination separation providing fluid care in the best possible way. In addition, we have developed our own systems for online monitoring and controlling of fluids, dosing equipment, casting accessories and more. DOSING & MIXING EQUIPMENT

PETROFER supports the safe and efficient control of the production processes of our customers with an extensive range of mixing and dosing devices for various products. Special equipment can be offered following process and technical surveys.

Fluid Optimisation

Fluid condition is critical to controlling and optimising manufacturing processes. PETROFER, through its partnership with many equipment suppliers, can offer improvements in filtration, tramp oil separation, mist extraction and more to extend the life of fluids and machinery. These measures also help reduce costs, extend tool life and reduce downtime, while keeping the plant and environment clean and safe.

Data Logging

To make manufacturing processes traceable and dependable, plants and production operations are continuously monitored, and parameters recorded. We can use this data to help optimise productivity, reduce costs through savings, downtime and maintenance intervals whilst making them predictable. PETROFER offers techniques for 24/7 fluid monitoring and automatic control of different fluid parameters for consistent fluid quality and quantity levels with seamless recording of its data.

ONE SITE TEST EQUIPMENT

To support the correct use of PETROFER chemicals, oils, speciality products and equipment, we offer training to both operators and management within our customers. This training can be done with our equipment team on site, virtually or at one of our Technology Centres around the world.

Water Treatment

Water plays an essential role in the performance of many dilutable products. We at PETROFER offer equipment for various water quality treatments to maximise the capabilities of our chemical products, ensuring a clean and efficient manufacturing process. At the end of its life, we also offer services for wastewater treatment and in many cases providing a sustainable reuse of the fluids.

APPLICATION EXAMPLES

A die-casting shop were manually mixing die-face release agents with subsequent operator time used inefficiently. Additionally, the operator had to manually lift heavy kegs and estimate the dilution in the tank. This resulted in physical strain, variable quality components and inefficient process reliability. Automated mixing improved the whole process with a benefit for the employees health.
